- Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh sweet strawberries
- 1 cup of sliced peach
- 1 cup of vanilla low fat yoghurt
- 2 spoons low cal sugar
- ice
Put all the ingredients mentioned above in a mixer and blend it till a consistency is achieved. Serve chilled with ice.
