  • Pasanda curry masala
  • Red Onion 1 big or 2 small
  • 2 cardemom
  • dried mint
  • Half table spoon butter
  • Chicken breast
Total cooking time> 35 Minutes!

First take 3 big tomatoes or a pack of cherry tomatoes in a bowl.

Half a cup of milk

In a food processor blend the tomatoes with the milk to make a paste

Chop the red onions as tiny as possible

In a pan take about 2 big table spoons of cooking oil and put the onions and fry them

Add 2 whole cardemoms

In the pan when the onions are half done put a spoon of chicken tikka powder

1 spoon of pasanda curry powder

And mix everything well

Put 1/4 cup of water and salt to this and let it cook on a low flame so the onions are well cooked with the spices

While this is being done, in another pan take some salt and 1 spoon of oil and stir the chicken

Let it fry till it is brown!!

Now in the pan where the onions and spices are cooked, pour in the tomato and milk paste!!

Mix it well and pour in your chicken!!

Sprinke the dry mint leaves and cover the lid on mid flame and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes!!

Open the lid and put in the butter and and let it cook on high flame for 3-4 mintues so it evaporated the excess water!!

Serve with naan bread or Basmati rice!!
